Commerce Bank - TOWER GROVE BRANCH

I had [-] worst experience of [-] life at this bank. [-] way you're treated is deplorable. I am not a Commerce Bank customer and went to [-] 2 checks that I received as a refund from a.property management company for [-].return of a security deposit. I was.ask for.[-] ID and another form of identification, well I have.a drivers license from a different state one they apparently weren't familiar with and immediately assumed tht it wasn't [-] so they decided to [-] all [-] documents (ID and checks) and.refused to talked to [-]. Ask [-] to leave [-] bank even though I'm at a.drive up window in [-] [-] and when I told them that I wasn't going to leave without [-] items they were holding and.that was calling their corporate office they called [-] police and I sat.at.[-] bank for over [-] hour so that [-] police could verify that [-] ID was [-]. Once it was verified [-] assistant manager( [-] Andrews) decided that she didn't like [-] attitude so she wasn't willing to [-] anything for [-]. She weighs about 350 pounds has poor hygiene, didn't smell well and wanted to stand in front of [-] bank [-] and expected someone to squeeze by her. I guess when I asked if she could move aside that was it.
I [-] from done with this I [-] continue to escalate this matter and seek legal counsel.
