This was [-] worst banking experience I have ever had in [-] entire life. I went into this bank to make a deposit into [-] daughter's bank account.and I was appalled that number one I was not greeted by [-] taller and number two [-] taller had to speak to [-] in somewhat a loud voice because of [-] shield between [-] both of us and 3 feet roped off area that I had to stand behind. I understand [-] safety and precautions due to [-] epidemic but I have [-] issue with someone speaking loudly at [-] while discussing [-] personal information in front of customers. I [-] telling [-] teller I felt uncomfortable giving her [-] personal and banking information out loud in front of strangers. [-] manager must have overheard our conversation because she came over in a rude and hostile manner to tell [-] if I [-]'t like giving [-] personal information out loud I should have filled out a slip with all [-] information. I told her I [-]'t bank at [-] bank and was not aware of any form..[-] manager was extremely rude and raising her voice at [-] in front of personal and customers. Honestly, I have [-] right not have to expose [-] personal information out loud to strangers and I felt violated by [-] staff and management by FirstBank.
