This, in all, has been [-] worst bank I have ever dealt with. Now that they are merging with another bank, it is even worse. They have basically closed their doors, [-]’t answer their phones. I had to call [-] toll free number to get a live person to answer. They can’t even [-] a deposit correctly and most associates are stupid and rude. I met one I would give accolades to and that is Xio. She was [-] most pleasant and intelligent person I have dealt with. I [-]’t know if I [-] like this other bank any better, but at least I won’t be at this one any longer. If I [-]’t like [-] other one, I [-] take [-] [-] elsewhere. This place has been a nightmare. Especially with all [-] changes I had to make when [-] husband suddenly and unexpectedly passed. I still [-]’t think they have him removed from [-] account completely. If I hadn't had to deposit [-] I would have used [-] mobile app. I can’t even set up [-] app for [-] other bank yet because it says “it is not [-] information they have on file “. I wonder what that means. I hate this place. At least [-] lady I dealt with today was friendly. She did make a huge error though that I need fixed asap. I was sure I [-] [-] money market account, That correction should have been able to have been done in seconds. Instead I am waiting on a call back. Ridiculous!!!!!!
