There's a banker / notary by [-] name of [-] P Wacura. His customer service was unsatisfactory. [-] was very negative, had a horrible demeanor, was impatient, rude, and not informative when [-] notarized a document for [-] and [-] boyfriend. [-] was scoffing at it because [-] only had to notarize one [-]. This dude was acting as if [-] was doing something special when all [-]'s doing is stamping a piece of [-], but I guess it makes him feel important. I think [-] needs to be trained on [-] to provide good customer service instead of making customers feel uncomfortable and offended. Excuse [-] language, but scary [-] is a [-] and a complete [-].
