I went in to [-] Conroe location after calling Saturday morning to get some information on [-] interest rates for savings accounts. I was told by [-] lady that answered [-] phone, that someone would call [-] back that could answer [-] questions. That never happened!
Upon arriving at [-] bank on [-] following Monday, [-] teller told [-] I needed to talk with a personal banker. So I sat there for fifty minutes while one of [-] personal bankers helped another customer. Of [-] fifty minutes she probably spent twenty minutes talking about her child, pregnancy, etc.. It wasn't like [-] other people that were waiting had anything better to [-]...
Finally when she got to [-], she sad she couldn't give [-] any information about FDIC coverage, that she was there for [-] support, and that I should [-] online and research [-] FDIC website myself. When I asked to speak to a manager, she told [-] [-] manager was out on maternity leave, but she could have a manager from another location give [-] a call. They didn't return [-] first call, what would make [-] think they would call [-] second time.
I have actually had [-] account there for years, but usually [-] to another location due to [-] incredibly poor management and customer service I have received at this location.....
