This bank has really upset [-]. I used [-] atm machine to deposit [-] money because it is more convenient for [-] then waiting in [-] [-] at [-] drive thru. [-] atm machine jammed up and did not return [-] money. It even gave [-] a piece of [-] showing it was unable to return [-] money. [-] lobby was closed because of [-] covid so I had to back up and get in [-] and talk to [-] drive thru lady. She informed [-] I had to dispute. I called to dispute and it took 4days for a call back.. but [-] lady named [-] was really good help and she gave [-] a provisional credit. However, come that Wednesday, a [-] stogner took all of it back out because I wasn't 100% sure of [-] exact amount. Yes I'll admit I should've counted. I know I had 463 but I didn't [-] anymore after that cause there were mixed bills all together. Instead of her helping .. she took her time and is now avoiding [-] calls and [-] money of over 450 is gone. [-] help from them
