[-] yourself a favor, choose another location. You'll thank [-] for this review if you ever have to deal with THIS manager. I went in for a simple, I thought, request for a cashiers check. [-] story short, I got [-] check but not without this manager giving [-] a good LECTURE on their procedures, which could have been told to [-] FROM [-] TELLER I initially was trying to get it done with. It helps if [-] TELLER is trained well and can relay [-] procedures from [-] BEGINNING to [-] customer. That's a management problem. I unfortunately cannot read minds, nor [-] I work there, so I wouldn't know their policies. After several mistakes making out this check, which I relayed quite CLEARLY in [-] iniall request with [-] teller, I got irritated with [-] service. After being accused of being "hostile??? " toward [-] teller (you see, you must take it all with a smile) I had to apologize for [-] attitude. Of course they didn't apologize for all of THEIR mistakes, or their INEPT ability to LISTEN (you have to repeat yourself several times for them to GET IT), and inform their client without a huge hassle. That's what people [-] when they can't take responsibility for their own actions. They twist it and make YOU [-] bad [-]. Whew,...stay away from this one!!!! They get one [-] because I got [-] check, otherwise....[-].
