Regarding [-] account with BJ;s, last 4 digits, 0775 I am thouroughly disgusted with [-] conflicting statements received from your [-] that manages [-] BJ's retail customer credit card thru your bank (0775) In February 2021 I moved 150 [-] from [-] address where I obtained [-] BJ's subscription and [-] nearest BJ's location at [-] [-] address is a 40 mile round trip. I called BJ's customer service and asked that in light of [-] distance please cancel [-] subscription. And that meant contact had to be made with your bank to reach agreement implement a membership fee cancellation and late fee cancellation by your bank. BJ's customer care told [-] they would take care of it. That did not happen but it was a forteller of events that would transpire. I had 3 more calls with your bank. Each time [-] representative [-] they would contact BJ's and get [-] membership cancellation implemented. In fact reference number 431516 was given to [-] and i was told that BJ's agreed to cancel [-] membership fees and late fees would be removed. Today, 6.19.2021 I received a [-] BJ's / Comenity bank invoice with another month of late fees. This indicates that BJ's/ Comenity never followed up as is normal. Further, I spoke with 2 specialists and a manager at your bank today and advised them that despite their efforts [-] place in this conudrum was not warranted any more. Commitments were made and not kept. I requested from [-] manager a letter outlining what Comenity was going to [-] about this and that I wanted copies / printouts of [-] conversations as [-] phone service indicates as messages are recorded and I flat out [-]'t trust you or BJ's as [-] as I could throw you. Fix [-] account, Fix [-] FICO and Credit Scores because you have unfairly biased both due to your incompetence and failure to [-] your actions in this matter. I told your manager I wanted [-] letter , [-] notes in [-] file, [-] name of [-] VP of Customer Care at Comenity Bank and all this in [-] mailbox by Thursday 6.24.2021. Dealing with your bank and BJ;s has been one of [-] worst experiences in retail transactions, in fact in mirrors [-] Customer Care in [-] Very Large Internet Service Providers from several years ago.
