For [-] second time in 2020, [-] accounts were hacked and on 5/24/20 both [-] checking and savings accounts were drained of funds. It was unnerving enough to have to be on hold for [-] fraud [-]. for over [-] hour just to report [-] thefts, but since additional large withdrawels have been levied against [-] accounts since I reported [-] situation, [-] card has not been, as was promised, shut down. To add insult to injury, [-] local bank representative never bothered to call [-] back, even after I left her a msg at 9:30 A.M. and again in [-] afternoon but still she was not available. It just seems to [-], that if a bank has allowed a breach in security to happen to [-] accts. twice in a span of [-] months! Apparently, this is no longer [-] type of bank that I opened [-] account with some 44 years ago!! More defining of their poor customer service is their lack of concern that I might move [-] accounts elsewhere. It does, however, seem to be time to cut [-] ties with this formerly reputable establishment.
