I've been a [-] customer of Citi Bank for years. First time ever encountering what I encountered today. I noticed fee's on [-] [-] account and [-]'t had any activity on [-] production account. [-] Tabbara [-] bank manager couldn't explain to [-] where these bank fee's were being charged from and why? After fifteen minutes of [-] run around with no straight answers [-] then says I just need to pay [-] fees and that I shouldn't have a [-] account with little money in it. (It's none of this employee's [-] what is in [-] account first of all and [-] much is run through it. I explained it's a production account and production money on projects is placed into [-] account. As we are in production money is spent. Regardless [-] refuses to give [-] any straight answer as to why I incurred fees. I became aggravated and cursed to him about [-] situation and stated I'm not blaming or cursing you. [-] [-] [-] has [-] right to refuse service and I [-] I have [-] right to freedom of speech as [-] as it's not directed at him. [-] asked [-] to leave and I refused as I was given no explanation to [-] situation. [-] [-] [-] would call [-] police on [-] as [-] was nervous [-] couldn't give [-] clear answers, I responded to his threat to [-] ahead and call [-] police and this isn't [-] you treat any customer let alone a [-] customer. I called corporate and spoke with a supervisor who was on [-] call when police arrived. Police were polite and friendly and explained [-] laws that I have to leave due to being on private property. I [-] fine and told them I was on phone with corporate. [-] supervisor couldn't believe [-] conversation that I was being treated this way by [-] bank manager. With in 5min she had [-] answers I was looking for about [-] bank charges on [-] account. [-] couldn't answer and instead of calling corporate as they are instructed to [-] [-] calls police. Makes false statements that I'm banned from [-] branch and [-] personally close [-] account to police. [-] bank must [-] [-] investigation and [-] Area director with a security [-] must review [-] incident before anyone's banned or account closed. [-] is [-] rudest, un informed bank manager I've ever dealt with. [-] goes out side of his training to make false claims and instead of owning his ignorance in understanding bank transactions to avoid embarrassment [-] calls [-] police. There was no hostile incident and [-] police [-] it was a complete waste of their time but have to abide by [-] laws. I willingly left to be respectful to [-] police but [-] completely disrespected [-] as a bank customer, financially discriminated against [-] saying I need to [-] more money in [-] account and made false statements to police about [-] personal [-] and accounts that is not within his [-]. I would advice all customers or public to avoid this bank branch at all costs. Clearly [-] doesn't understand [-] or [-] to treat customers. This manager should be fired and replaced. I've contacted [-] attorneys regarding what occurred today and [-]'t wish to proceed with a civil case. I'm currently waiting for [-] area director to call [-] to discuss what occurred. I did video [-] incident if I have to proceed with [-] [-]. I [-] also upload content via social media so [-] public is aware of this manager and branch. I'm appalled as to [-] level of client I am to Citi Bank and wish that this is solved on a professional level and this managers actions are severely dealt with. I'm considering doing [-] [-] with another bank altogether after this has occurred.
