This is a bank that is okay until you have a complaint or dispute. It is understandable that debit transaction are all computerized and require little to no [-] hours to complete [-] transactions. [-] bank clearly does not appreciate direct contact when [-] complaint is directed towards them. I received a refund that was lost. After numerous contacts, investigation and ongoing complaints from [-] it was determined a refund was issued and completed but lost. This bank wanted [-] to eat [-] loss and stated there was nothing more they could [-]. I as most people would [-] raised a concern of [-] any customer would have [-] in [-] processing of debit transactions if a refund of over 500.00 simply could be lost or incorrectly deposited to someone [-] account or simply it would continue to float in debit [-] (all reasonable questions and concerns) After three months from a completed refund transaction [-] bank opted to cover [-] loss by paying [-] amount with [-] caveat that they would close [-] account. [-] suggestion: [-] not contact [-] disputes department at [-] bank. They [-] not appreciate being challenged. [-] truest test of [-] and customer service is not when everything is well but [-] complaints are resolved that defines any [-]. In todays climate, stress and confusion of [-] pandemic we are going to see more online transactions and attempted fraud. We [-] see many [-] being defined in a positive or negative way under these trying times.
I have been doing [-] with this bank since [-] late 1940s....always been well taken care of....tried a couple others, no comparison.....
