This bank [-]. I hated them back in 1999, swore them off, would never bank anywhere near them again. But [-] BFs mother banks here so we had to deal with them a few too many times. Once was too many. What [-] [-] kind of bank does t deal in money????? Well apparently this one. We coin roll hunt, and we r always mindful of [-] fact that if we buy all [-] pennies they wont have any for anyone [-]. Well these therk offs so [-] have exchanged our rolls (neat, rolled, easy to [-] rolls) and traded us back so that way no one is short on any coins. But they [-] it under duress. They lie sometimes and say they have none so we wont [-] it. One teller tells us they have [-] and when we drive alllllll [-] way to [-] location, a 30 mile trip one way mind u, suddenly they dont have them or they cant [-] that cuz [-] box they have is for a [-] (which makes no sense because were giving them coins in exchange!!!!). Then today we called and yep, we have a box, no problem. Cool. Drive all [-] way over for them to say theyre in [-] vault so they a e to wait [-] hour for [-] person who supposedly just got on a conference call to get [-] out of [-] vault. Oh but wait, theres more. We leave and [-] to [-] [-] branch to see if they have [-]. They wont exchange our enormous, cumbersome, life changing $25 dollar box of pennies, who knew $25 dollars was such [-] amount that no bank [-] deal with it!!!! So we drive all [-] way back, its now a 43 mile trip and we havent even headed home yet, and this “operations manager” informa us that they are no longer allowed to exchange customer rolls for their rolls. She gave us some BS about weight and [-] they r a certain weight for [-] businesses that get [-] boxes. Uh no theyre not chicka! I know more about coins and this whole situation than all of u combined. So she says she isnt allowed, which is funny cuz ten minutes prior it was yes, and then she says she has rolls at her tellers that she can give and she cant take coins to pay for them. So we have to use [-] atm, which good on [-] for gettin a fee out of us, and she had [-] that they were customer rolls earlier that she had!!!! So im thinkin she just didnt wanna [-] it for us. Discrimination much???? What, because we r younger (30s and 40s) they dont wanna help us. What bank, which [-] sole purpose of its existence is dealing with money, DOESNT DEAL WITH MONEY! Even for customers!!!! I am LIVID!!!! I accidentally clicked [-] stupid [-] or u wouldnt even get one [-]....
