This is [-] worst bank I've ever had. Two months after opening [-] account, they changed their ATM to one that did not allow deposits. I found out [-] hard way that if you want to deposit a check from your mobile phone, you must write [-] word "mobile" in [-] for deposit only [-]. If not, [-] check [-] not be deposited. It says it was deposited successfully but a few days later, you get [-] email that states that it was unsuccessful. I wanted to deposit a two party check for $200.00 from [-] Insurance company and they refused because I didn't have [-] ID for [-] person that signed [-] check. I had 13,000. in [-] account and I was not asking to [-] [-] check. I went to [-] bank with a friend a few weeks later and she cashed a two party check for $66.00 with no questions asked. I have moved to Bank of [-]. Their lobby has remained [-] through this pandemic. I [-] have to make [-] appointment to close this account. I'm just waiting for all [-] direct deposits and [-] payments to be switched. I can't wait. By [-] way, [-] lobby is like a mausoleum. On [-] plus side, they have great seasonal decorations.
