[-] experience has not been good. I started with this bank [-] 2018. I asked for [-] account to be set up exactly [-] [-] nephew set [-] sisters up being we both get disability and we both have 1 of our kids over our money. I was told that could not be done. It was "special" circumstances just for [-] nephew. Later on I noticed I would get a bounced check fee when I should not have. I had 1 fixed only for it to be charge 2 more times to [-] account and not fixed. This month I had almost 200.00 taken over 1 check. They ran it through 2 times in 1 day. They told [-] I could not have over draft protection unless I had a major credit card through them. [-] Capital One card was not good enough. Then was told I could put our land and home up to get it.. [-] check I had to bounce was for food for 44.00. This bank does not have [-] customers best interest at heart. I only get 514.00 a month to live on when a bank treats customers like this who are poor like [-], you cause us to lose our homes etc and we can not afford to pay rent nowhere.
