I would prefer to [-] this branch with a [-]! This employees in this bank are not empathetic or mature to handle a B of A customer who has had numerous [-] with getting in touch with B of A customer service and who is angry and frustrated. I went in there personally to get help. After I went there and had another frustrating experience someone started playing with [-] credit card, put 'deceased' on it so it would not work, then took away [-] online privileges and I had to work with remote customer service to get them back. I can only assume it was someone at this bank. These people are [-].
