Worst customer service that I have ever experienced in over 25 years of doing [-] with this bank! 3 times I have gone to this branch trying to change services on [-] checking account and [-] woman in customer service absolutely refuses to try and [-] anything but tell [-] I have to [-] it online which is not true. A different [-] choice might be a good idea for this person as PR is definitely not her strong suit! Pathetic "Service" and a lazy attitude concerning [-] performance. If you [-]'t understand [-] services and functions of your company's [-] [-]'t just tell customers that "we [-]'t [-] that here at this branch" which is BS [-] get someone that actually understands [-] things work and is genuinely concerned with helping a customer!
