This is [-] worst bank I have ever seen! It has taken 11 trips to this branch and they still [-]'t have it straight. They can't seem to get it together. NO COMMUNICTION with each other and [-] manager. I told [-] husband to [-] to [-] president of [-] bank but [-] hasn't yet. They always have [-] excuse for why things aren't done right. Like today, we went to [-] see about his ATM card and they never ordered it after a month! they [-] it was someone [-]'s fault not theirs, so we ordered another one, almost 3 weeks now and they [-] they didn't have his phone numbe. Funny they have called him before. [-]'s way too nice. I would have pulled out 2 months ago. [-] manager is no help either. I think there needs to be a better training for these women. I saw [-] one that seemed to be in control make someone sit at [-] drive through for 10 minutes because she didn't want to be bothered. She saw them there and she went and sat at her desk. Then went and looked and [-] person was still there. What kind of [-] is this??? Not one I want to work with.
