Truist Bank - SIESTA KEY BRANCH

What a [-] these people are. We just bought a condo 500 yards away from this sewer last year on Siesta Key. Our Condo association banks there and im on [-] board. [-] wife and I went to use [-] ATM. Got $500 out but it was all in 20's so we went in [-] bank to get a couple hundreds for 8 20s. They wouldn't let us [-] it because we didnt have [-] account there.... I [-] [-] association does and we are looking to [-] [-] account but cant [-] it today...... [-] tellers [-] NOPE, SORRY! wouldn't even give us change!! Needless to say, we opened account at PNC bank just off [-] north bridge!! BEST move we could have made... we love [-] people there and now we both have accounts and just partially financed another condo we bought on [-] south end of [-] island for a rental and family spillover..... Truist should change their name to stupidest....we shake our heads every time we walk by there and have told countless others our story.!! [-] to PNC! they are good to people!!

I feel I was treated terribly by a bank employee at your Siesta Key branch. I am from out of town, and trying to make a deposit for [-] 95 year old mother. [-] employee was very rude, impatient, and basically called [-] a liar. I could not wait to get out of there. [-] mother and father have been clients for 30 years.
