Went into [-] branch to apply for a lapsed 2nd home equity [-] of credit, [-] personal banker [-] [-], did not listen to [-] husband and I when we told her [-] [-] was against our 2nd home property, I told her 3 times, it is not against our property here in Robinson. She did not listen, nor did she investigate our claims that she was processing [-] [-] incorrectly. We were declined a [-] of credit because our home in Robinson is a mobile home, strictly used for work purposes preventing us from traveling [-] distances to work. [-] husband went into [-] office in Crafton with [-] letter and spoke to [-] Manager [-] Kicielinski, when [-] tried to discuss [-] [-] with her, she refused to listen to him. She upset him so much, [-] had to get up and walk out of [-] branch. She was extremely rude, disrespectful and well extremely ignorant, basically called us liars about having [-] equity [-] of credit with dollar bank prior. Neither Ms. [-] nor Ms. Kicielinski took [-] time to [-] about our prior [-], had they have investigated, maybe, possibly, they would have come to fruition that you offer other kinds of equity lines of credit to your clients. Shame on both of them for their unprofessionalism. I called [-] [-] department and confirmed that they were both incorrect, and had applied our application to [-] wrong [-]. We were requesting [-] equity [-] of credit on our 2nd home, which is called a 2nd home equity [-] of credit. I was very upset over [-] [-] two bank representatives behaved, and mishandled our needs. I called [-] bank to speak with [-], who was busy and she herself told [-] she would call [-] back in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later she called, but i was on [-] other [-] with a patient, but I called back within 5 minutes and a gentleman working answered and again stated she was busy, that [-] would give her [-] [-] to call [-], and she never did. I have since reached out to [-] branch in Robinson and am dealing with [-] Auman who is a very knowledgeable and professional representative of your bank. She has been more then helpful in rectifying their mistakes. If it weren't for [-], you would have lost 3 clients that day and we would have closed 6 accounts.
