Because [-] lady at [-] desk named Maryian could not interpret plain and simple English, I had to take [-] [-] to another institution. She didn’t understand what I was talking about and misinterpreted what I had [-] into a completely different circumstance. She did not have enough English competency to work in a position such as hers. I’m surprised [-] she gets by working for a company such as Bank of [-].
A woman named [-] orellana did not have [-] answering a simple question. 1 [-]
