Horrible!! I would give [-] [-] if that was [-] option. After [-] account was compromised for [-] 4th time this year, I decided to switch banks. I went in and signed [-] [-] to close [-] account and withdrew all [-] $ except for $30 to cover anything that would be coming in. [-] account had a positive balance of $30.87. A couple days later when [-] Planet [-] membership drafted for $21.39, that left $9.48 in [-] account. That is until they bounced [-] Planet [-] for NSF, which put [-] account back to $30.87. But then they charged [-] a NSF fee for $35 putting [-] account in [-] negative. I have argued with them since December 18. They [-] not admit fault. They [-] not or can not send [-] documentation showing any different, but [-] not refund [-] $. During this time of arguing with them, they continue to charge [-] fees because [-] account is negative. I have been a customer for over 10 years. This bank is horrible. I finally just cut [-] loses and moved on.
