[-] wife and I bought a couple houses in Hansville [-] years ago but thought we'd continue to spend most of our time in Edmonds. That not being [-] case, we finally decided to [-] a couple checking or savings accounts locally and so walked up to [-] locked doors at [-] [-] branch at 9:30 a.m. on 5/28/21. We were greeted at [-] [-] and asked what we wanted. Rather than being invited in, [-] employee went inside on her own and grabbed applications for us to either take home or fill out in [-] [-]. She even [-] to put on a mask though we were standing outside. Our banks in Edmonds, USBank and Banner Bank, have had branches [-] for [-] over [-] last year of Covid so at this stage of [-] reopening this was a very surprising and repelling way to [-] potential [-] customers. I'd have to rate it as [-] worst customer service experience of [-] last year.
Very in friendly staff after I filed fraud charges cuz they [-] I could be in California and Poulsbo st [-] same time they made [-] leave [-] bank but I wouldn't bank there if they were [-] last bank on earth. Then had money stolen off card at casino and they still did nothing.
