Great bank
1st time dealing with this particular branch over [-] phone concerning [-] death of [-] Dad's account was a horrible experience. A manager named "Shalynn" was rude and very unprofessional, simply because she was unknowlegable about what I needed. I asked to speak to someone [-], she refused and [-] up on [-]. I called back and she [-] up again. Because I really needed [-] answer I tried again. Got transferred to her and she [-] up again. Then I called a last time, got transferred to a Branch V.P., she answered [-] question and took [-] complaint. No I won't be doing any other [-] there until their customer service comes up to standards.
Transferred several times, and could not understand what [-] operator was saying. Very difficult to [-] banking with a company that cares so little about proper communication. Text or email communication could have bridged [-] communication gap, instead I am left wondering if I am mailing to [-] correct department.
