beyond frustrating. I can never get a live body to speak with. trying to [-] [-] account using [-] mobile app is a [-] because without a zip [-] to locate a Wells office in [-] Caymans is impossible. trying to use [-] customer service number here in [-] states is like spitting in [-] [-] and waiting for [-] water to raise. [-] customer service people absolutely have no training or skill to help with connecting with [-] Georgetown Cayman branch on Main Street and they [-]'t even have [-] to [-] address. very frustrating and a lot of wasted time trying to solve this problem
