I was visiting First Midwest Bank to close [-] [-] account because of what I thought was continual unauthorized transactions on [-] account. I also share a personal account with [-] wife in which we experienced [-] same thing. I must admit, I came in [-]. Mr. [-] Williams recognized [-] after only one visit and spoke as I walked into [-] lobby. When [-] called [-] over and reviewed [-] account. [-] explained professionally what had occurred on [-] account and personally helped [-] set up [-] mobile [-] checking account. I am totally impressed with his customer service experience and believe [-] is certainly [-] asset to your establishment and should be recognized for his expertise. Thanks FirstMidwest
