Commerce Bank - BARRY ROAD NORTH BRANCH

Been banking there for years but not anyone after [-] management changed, i brought all [-] checking and savings to [-] other bank that cares about customer satisfaction, would not recommended to anyone, i needed help on something and [-] manager seem unknowable about any of [-] issues and called a bunch of different departments and got frustrated very easy and was rude to [-] [-] whole time i was there, and at one point wanted [-] to leave because she couldn't figure it out, also during that time, this isn't [-] first issue with her,i opened a [-] account with her, she put [-] in a account that i did not agree on that charged [-] a fee, called a month later and [-] sorry let [-] switch you to a basic account which is what i was told i had when i opened it, i asked why i was in [-] relationship account and she [-] she signed [-] up for a promotion or something? Also she enrolled [-] in this identity protection which i specifically told her i did not want and it charged [-], [-] whole account opening process was horrible, . [-] i have a better bank to [-] to, definitively untrustworthy manager there, and unprofessional. I believe her name was [-] or [-], Wish i had her bosses number
