I am 64 years old and I have never been treated as bad as [-] teller treated [-] this morning [-] drive thru teller told [-] she couldn't [-] nothing for [-] and flipped her video camera off and walked away was it because I have direct Express for [-] social security why [-] I have a bank if they can't help [-] at a branch office that's ridiculous why is [-] checking account treated like y'all are doing [-] a favor if I had a checking account that didn't have social security linked to it
[-] debit card expired today I ordered a [-] card never received it after ordering it on [-] 12th of [-] and it's now February 1st
She [-] I can't [-] nothing for you and walked off now a branch office should be able to issue a temporary card or at least let [-] transfer [-] funds so I could pay [-] bills
Since it was there [-] to be [-] [-] [-] card I than tried to contact customer service for this worthless card and waited for 2 hours on [-] phone [-] night before and another 2 after that arrogant nothing of a teller treated [-] like I wasn't important or good enough to even hear what I had to say I [-] never use this half [-] bank again they treat ssa seniors like they are doing something for [-] I worked [-] whole life for this petty [-] check from [-] time I was fifteen to receive 1% of what I paid into this retirement you younger people need to learn to put yourself in other people's shoes before you [-] that mouth and utter [-] ignorance you spat out at [-]
