I opened [-] Accelerated Savings Account with a transfer of $100,000.00 from [-] primary financial institution. I wired [-] additional $15,000.00 in [-] 2022. In November 2022, I attempt to transfer [-] additional $85,000.00 to Citibank from [-] primary financial institution. [-] wire transfer was denied due to Citibank's input of [-] wrong account number. I tried to [-] several external financial institutions to perform [-] transfer. [-] Citibank Account [-] not permit [-] to [-] any outside institutions with [-] account. I am unable to wire money to, or from this account. I contacted customer support who was unable to correct [-] problem. Their solution was to send [-] a check that would take fifteen [-] days or three calendar weeks. I [-] lose days of interest due to [-] inability of Citibank to address their software [-] which are due to a platform change in 2022.

[-] Citibank Mastercard Customer Service Disputes Department refuses to accept [-] evidence for reversing charges to provide a refund that is contractually due to [-] as a result of a written cancellation notice I provided to a merchant, Progressive [-] Lines, of Boynton Beach, [-]. [-] MERCHANT PROVIDED NO SERVICES TO [-] WHATSOEVER, HAVING GENERATED ONLY A CONTRACT FORM. In addition to [-] proof I provided, I claim that failure of [-] merchant to further contact [-] bank and failure of [-] bank to further contact [-] merchant over this customer dispute is grounds for [-] automatic reversal of [-] charges as a credit to [-] Mastercard account. [-] merchant has clearly dishonored and violated [-] contract reviewed by Citibank. I now hold Citibank ultimately responsible for enabling [-] substantial monetary (not to mention time spent) loss. Furthermore, Mastercard guidelines apparently provide [-] [-] [-] through which dishonest merchants, simply by not responding, or by using automated cancellation responses only, can openly violate contracts and steal customers’ money through credit card transactions without fear of loss to [-] Citibank Mastercard’s dispute process.

Citi Bank is [-] worst bank I've ever had. I was blocked out of online banling and they could not verify mem. They kept asking to trxt or call [-] on a verified number. I continued for weeks to give them [-] phone number that was on [-] account and had been there since account opening. And they would not verify [-] no otther way.. I could not and still can't [-] [-] account
This is a bad as. Bank closed [-] account without telling [-] why not giving [-] funds til 2months later [-]’t bank here with them
I find that [-] service is not at all helpful even on [-] Chat. No matter what I attempted to [-] to circumvent [-] account being levied [-] exorbitant overdraft fee. I thought this issue was resolved, well at least I was lied to and told it was resolved and [-] next thing I see is these fees and in one day, [-] cost doubled. There is no way I [-] ever be able to pay this so when I requested this account be closed, I find that Citibank would rather take every dime I [-] get from [-] fixed income. By [-] time social security deposits [-] next disability stipend I [-] be left with $0.00 to pay stupid things like rent.
On 12/2/2020, I opened up a checking account in [-] amount of $6000 and a savings account in [-] amount of $9000 after responding to a promotion from Citibank of a $400 bonus to [-] [-] accounts. On 12/19/2020, I was horrified to [-] both of [-] accounts were at a $0 balance as of 12/10/2020. I called Citibank numerous times, whereupon I was either given [-] runaround, provided no information, or [-] up on. On 12/4/2021, I was finally told by [-], a fraud specialist, that [-] individual posing as [-] walked into a Citibank branch in another state (I live in Texas, where there are no branch locations), and claimed identify theft. Citibank claims they verified [-] identify of this person, although no one called, texted or emailed [-] to question [-] whereabouts, and gave this person [-] $15,000. You would assume [-] first [-] flag was that this person did not live in Texas, where I reside!! It is [-] firm belief that this fraud was orchestrated and carried out by a Citibank employee along with one or more accomplices.
After missing one payment (approx. $300 because [-] statement was lost in [-] [-]) Citibank has called [-] 93 year old mother iman average of 6 times a day and denied her card. We have called Citi bank, sent them [-] check and they say there is nothing they can [-] to stop these harassing calls. I have spoken to three levels of employees and still they are unable and unwilling to help.
I have been on [-] phone for hours.. I am trying to get [-] account closed in Manhattan and [-] funds wired to [-] [-] Bank in Waterloo [-] [-]... But All I get is a run around and robotic lip service. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best Buy Citibank VISA customer service is terrible! They lie and rip people off! Couldn’t get help for three months. Would call and get “all lines are busy. Please try again later” and then click! When I finally got someone and asked for help they [-] can’t help needed to talk to someone at that time. Told them I couldn’t get anyone. I was then told they were there answering phones.
I [-]'t understand why there is only 2 tellers at all times at [-] branch on Devonshire and [-].. and then hours have been shortened.
I WOULD GIVE [-] [-] IF I COULD. [-] account was flagged to close due to suspicious checks. [-] husband’s [-] sent two [-] checks before Direct deposit kicked in. I received a letter saying [-] account would be closed. After they locked [-] account they forced [-] husbands Direct Deposit into [-] account and are now holding our money from us! These checks were 100% legit. One rep that I spoke to [-] “Ma’am, we have cashed many checks from this bank (Bank of [-]) and they have never looked like these. That is a LIE. [-] company [-] husband works for has 7,000 employees and none of them have ever had [-] issue. Now they are holding THOUSANDS of dollars from [-] and [-] family for no reason. This is unethical. Unacceptable.
Can not get a human on [-] phone. Can not download a transaction report. Phones roll over to call center regardless of time of day. Hold time for [-] center is HOURS [-].
It's too difficult to file fraoud charges, total waster of time with unreasonable, illogical people who's not making sense on [-] status and use lame excuse not to help customer and shouldn't record useless things from a [-] time ago that has nothing to [-] with [-] current case, I got very frustrated, sent 3 letters, bunch of emails with police report, evidence and got extrememly frustrated for such a small amount of disput.
I have had [-] [-] of holding your citibank/sears card for 30 years. Being at [-] age I'm at and not being able to get [-] balance down even at paying more every month, I took out a [-] to get [-] cards paid off. Your company offered a 61 dollar reduction with payment in full. No longer a HONORED card holder and I [-] smear your company's name any [-] I get. Oh I forgot no customer appreciation. 30 years! Amazons next. You guys are nothing but political amimals No values no morals.

I have had [-] account with Citibank for almost 5 years and I've never been late or missed a payment. I am not [-] but I just paid off 11 accounts and I was planning to pay off Citibank within [-] next 18 months. Citibank lowered [-] credit limit. I have never had that to happen to [-]. Maybe you're too successful and [-]'t want [-] [-]. I am a hard working, honest and loyal customer. I [-] let [-] family and friend know of [-] experience. I have worked in many overseas countries and no company has ever treated [-] so harshly.
If I could give a [-] [-] I would. [-] not use this Bank! I opened a savings account two months ago. I submitted all [-] requested documentation. Transferred a significant amount of money to [-] account and have not been able to [-] [-] money for [-] past two months. Each time I have called their customer service I confirm they have all [-] necessary documents and they tell [-] they [-] escalate [-] situation and I [-] hear back in 48 hours. Never have they contacted [-]. Every time I contact them I get [-] same run around and no one can give [-] [-] to [-] money. What a nightmare, and seemingly illegal tie up of [-] money. VERY VERY dissatisfied beware and [-] not use them for anything!!!
[-] first 3 involvements with this 'bank' should have taught [-]....but I went for a 4th through Best Buy. Between payments posted late, payments reported as not received, and other assorted complications with [-] payments being posted, [-] Very Good Credit Rating is failing. Customer service reps are very good at double talk, and turning their errors around to be yours ( [-] customer). Whether you pay in [-] store or [-] it in, dealing with CITIBANK is a pain in [-] backside. If you can [-] [-] with anyother one …..[-] so, save yourself some late fees and no payment that you [-] 't deserve, and headaches that you [-]'t need.
I had a Citibank credit card that was for [-] Best Buy account. [-] 2016 I purchased a television that only works for one day. Which just happened to be [-] day before Super Bowl Sunday. [-] television was returned . It has been three years that I have been fighting for [-] refund. I responded to a letter and they just put it back in [-] “to be investigated“ pile.. Promising to be back with [-] within 60 to 90 days. They want proof of return for [-] television that they came and picked up from [-] home. Until they get that proof they want to return [-] refund. [-]’s that for Customer Service? Way too many hours invested. Valuable time missed with [-] children that I can’t get back, and now I am in such a financial struggle which was a domino effect caused by Citibank. I am now on [-] phone for [-] 9th time trying to straighten out something that this incompetant financial institution has created but has no idea why? I [-] never recommend CITI Group for any [-] related transactions. [-] [-] had a CITI [-] MasterCard/AAdvantage Platinum MasterCard and even that [-] card was active and paid off CITI was constantly declining transactions for any amount over $1,000 and putting a THEFT ALLERT on [-] account. Transactions were conducted personally at recognized retailers. After calling more than 5 times to [-] customer services department and get threated as a thieve CITI gave [-] very hard time to cancelled [-] credit card. Representatives constantly hanged up [-] phones when too many questions were asked. I called [-] corporate office and they left [-] on hold for more than 5 minutes to speak with a supervisor and [-] person never came to [-] phone. [-] bottom [-] is that CITI Group is not for [-] owners. I [-] regret every day applying for this credit card.
