can not get branch manager, officer to return [-] call. Sent [-] email to their supervisor and have not heard back yet. [-] this does not turn into something ugly have used png for many years would hate to switch now

Without any notice PNC absconded with 2 of [-] checking account balances of some $5600, gave no explanation and LIED about sending [-] [-] money weeks ago...several attempts with bank managers and representatives have failed to get them to give [-] [-] money back, now they won't even answer [-] calls...getting nowhere and I'm out money I need to buy food and pay house bills...

Your computer site [-]. I have been trying to get to [-] accounts for 3 days. You used to be able to [-] Bank online then [-] sign in would come up and you could sign in. I cannot even get to a sign in spot. You have a site for mobile phone to get to account. I hardly use [-] cell phone and would not put [-] banking information on it. I want to pay [-] credit card [-] and check [-] checking. [-] [-] [-] [-] I [-] that with your stinking system.Your branch in Rehoboth is outstanding. [-] has helped with a few things since [-] husband has died.
I would give them 0 [-] if it would let [-]. Absolutely horrible customer service as well as I have been unable to [-] [-] accounts. Their customer service [-] is a complete [-] no one [-] answer. Highly recommend taking your money somewhere elsewhere so at [-] very least you can view your account.

I recently relocated from Sarasota [-] to [-] U.K. Before leaving I spoke to [-] branch manager [-] [-] to make sure that no further payments would be made from [-] account 121541289. [-] told [-] [-] would see to this personally. At no time did [-] tell [-] any charge would be made. I was therefore astonished once in [-] U.K. to find that [-] account was overdrawn as apparently a charge HAD been made. I emailed Mr. [-] to rectify this matter having failed to get him on [-] phone. [-] has not had [-] courtesy to reply. After several weeks [-] [-] is wearing thin. I would like [-] charge to be reinstated to [-] account. I fully intend to use this account on future visits to [-] U.S. but am rather hesitant to [-] so if communications are just ignored. I live in Lancaster oh and on [-] [-] 4th I went to retrieve some [-] out of [-] account but every PNC ATM that I went to [-] they were sorry for [-] inconveniences but they were out of [-] which really threw [-] for a loop because they were a bank [-] can they be out of [-]? After talking to other friends and family everyone was talking about one of [-] branches had also closed and everyone decided they better [-] take their money out of [-] bank in case [-] bank was going under. So out of panic I did [-] same. I was trying to figure out another bank to switch to and I wake up on Friday [-] 7th to find out I'm minus $300 in [-] checking account cuz of a few things that had come through 2 of them were only $10 checks but I got 5 bounced check charges for $36 so I tried to call [-] bank to see if there was something they could [-] but [-] bank wouldn't even try they [-] nothing could be done. So I guess they are having [-] they [-]'t care if you run all over town trying to find [-] ATM of theirs that actually has [-] in it they need our money that bad.
Need a walk in branch in [-] delaware or some where between [-] and [-] on rt 13, it's a pain in [-] but to have to [-] into Dover or milford which would be [-] next closest branch.
Not to tell you PNC started out to be a great Bank but unfortunately it's turned out to be a total disaster for myself due to [-] covered virus I've been out of work and PNC has covered graciously [-] payments that came in with that [-] funds being there from [-] to [-] and they were paid back when [-] check was deposited because I could not change [-] pay dates of [-] loans due to [-] covid virus I'm still out of work and [-] still as [-] as it's still going on and now October in November [-] bank is decided that they [-]'t know not going to pay him anymore and it's cost [-] over $600 and insufficient fees and return item fees this is totally unfair so I suggest to you that you think twice before you make this your bank I was very appreciative and grateful for them doing it but [-] pandemic's not over and I'm not back to work and [-] [-] is going to be cut off because they took [-] money that I was going to pay for [-] [-] [-] and it's a funds and return charges I just [-]'t understand [-] it's such a problem right now with [-] world [-] you can cover something for 6 months for someone and then all of a sudden stop covering it and put them in a worse position than they were in before you started I just pray that something can get worked out with this so thank you PNC for leaving [-] with no [-] and confusion and disarray

Theft! Is [-] only explanation I can come up with as [-] goal of this worthless establishment. When a branch refuses to close [-] account and allow withdraw of your money. Seems every employee is a manager at branch locations so there is no accountability. I suggest under [-] mattress before pnc.

This has got to be [-] worst bank in [-] 58 years of living that i ever dealt with!!!! I have [-] [-] [-] with them since last November (only 1 year) After [-] first month I signed up so I could pay [-] [-] online every month. In [-] last 10 months I've only been able to [-] that without any aggravation about 3 times. Every month it's something different and I have to [-] thru [-] online help people. They are worthless and that's giving them a compliment. As of today, after 2 separate times on [-] phone, equaling 2 hours, [-] [-] still isn't paid. They can't seem to get [-] into [-] account. At one point she asked [-] for [-] account number which I gave her. She then came back to [-] to tell [-] that [-] account number actually had 2 [-]'s in [-] middle of [-] 16 digit number. So I [-], I have 6 years worth of pmt coupons here and not one of them have 2 [-]'s where you are telling [-]. Are actual response was, "oh, they ran out of room" Are you kidding [-], so i'm suppose to be a mind reader on top of everything [-]! After all that time, I told her I had to get off because it was actually raising [-] blood pressure to [-] point i'm gonna have a stroke. No [-], i've already had a [-]. I gave them [-] social security number, address,(I have lived in same house for 22 years) same phone number for 30 years and details such as person from even there ss# address and exact originating bank that was used and called them. Company has “No way of pulling [-] financial transactions therefore since I had a flood in [-] house and [-] one box of paperwork to be filed was destroyed, I [-] have to pay back, “AGAIN!”, [-] $10, that was received and paid back. Where would this bank “Corporation” stand with [-] audit. A judges subpoena, or a MUCH NEEDED requests for personal records such as this. Um hum well NOT GOOD !

While there are many fine, dependable, and responsive individuals working within this institution, their corporate policies are fueled by pure greed. To charge $36 dollars for a simple overdraft [-] be [-] for [-] industry but [-] industry is as crooked as a dog's hind leg. I dare them to prove their advertisements are true. Prove that you are successful, honest, caring, etc. Lower those outrageous "overdraft fees" Prove yourself capable of doing what you advertise.

We were treated with complete disrespect when calling [-] customer servise [-] today (12/5) We were lied to and talked over and received no resolution. We called about two $9.99 fraudulent charges on our account. We called 12/4 when we noticed these charges and [-] woman told us she had submitted it and we should hear back shortly. We called [-] next day because we never received [-] email like we have before in [-] past about it being under investigation and we needed our money back ASAP for [-] emergency with our child. We called and was told by a [-] that our request wasn’t completed by [-] other Representative [-] day before and [-] would finish it and we could get our money refunded today, same day Expedited, because of [-] situation. We were very upset that [-] person [-] day before never finish our case and brushed us under [-] rug like our money and time didn’t matter. [-] then transfer us to another person. She was very rude. She told us she would not refund us same day and we would wait 10 [-] days. When we tried explaining what had happen and what [-] rep before her [-] she continued to talk over us and be extremely rude. We asked to speak to her supervisor and [-] wasn’t helpful at all. They didn’t care that their rep [-] day before never did her [-] or [-] what [-] one this morning promised us ([-]). Her supervisor [-] that his boss would contact us in 24 hours but that doesn’t help us when we were promised one thing then very rudely had it taken away from us. It’s already bad enough our information keeps getting Compromised, then to be treated so rudely and like we’re lying is not only disrespectful towards us as a customer but a low blow that this is [-] you treat your lower income customers. It’s seems PNC customer service representatives only care to cater and [-] their word to [-] more wealthier customers. I want to take this dispute to [-] highest authority in [-] PNC company. I have been a customer for over thirty years andhave to say I [-] leaving due to [-] fact that I have been missing money from a international wire transfer since [-]. After two weeks of waiting for [-] money I got a charge on [-] account for fifteen dollars for international transfer fee but [-] money never came I went to [-] back and was told they would look into it after a couple of days I went back up to speak to a different person who called a department who told her they thought they had found it and would call her back to let her know what was going on we both assumed that would be by [-] end of [-] day so I went home and waited for someone to call no call no nothing for days until I got a call that they would call [-] when they knew something at this point I [-] this is unexplainable so she told [-] she would talk to [-] manager for [-] to get a call from him [-] same. It is now October and since have called customer service and was told she was calling [-] department that handles this and did I want to be put on hold or she could call [-] back that was yes around twelve thirty p.m well I guess I should have held on because after [-] calling back around three thirty and left a [-] and called today and left another [-] I have not heard from anyone. Totally disgusted!!!! Could I get at some point someone give [-] anything??? [-] curtesy of just saying this is what we are doing to resolve this issue.
