Receive [-] return call which was in about 20 minutes as promised and then put immediately back on hold with [-] automated voice stating [-] wait is now 50 minutes. After call 83rd and Kedzie in Chicago. I told after I complained of rats running on side of [-] bank . To call tomorrow [-] manage is as off [-] young lady [-] is that all you want because I bizzy and [-] up. I’ve lived on [-] block of This bank for 25 years . And I never seen such trash on side of this bank . [-] old manager would come out and walk around and made sure at his senior we ok she cared . I have properties with [-] has [-] mortgage. Not [-] to walk up and see three mice run around [-] side of [-] bank .
I am a small [-] owner and rely heavily on [-] [-] credit card to [-] [-] [-] travel. As a result of [-] pandemic [-] [-] came to a halt and I ran late with a couple of payments. Without consideration [-] closed [-] Southwest account, which I paid in full with a settlement. They ten closed [-] Freedom account even though I had continued making payments. This has caused [-] to [-] and [-] [-] as I am no longer to [-] [-] things I need to, i.e. travel inorder to continue [-] [-]. I might add that I have had three homes financed through [-] and have paid all of them in full with excellent credit. This is a terrible practice and I feel that [-] credit card should be reopened.

I asked to speak with a supervisor, but was denied that and told I would receive a letter stating that this $146 charge was indisputable. Since I have not been able to get anyone at [-] company to respond to [-], I asked for a company contact number, which she [-] she didn't have. I have two credit cards and am prepared to pay off [-] balances and cancel both accounts. This is not [-] kind of treatment I get from [-] other banks, like Citibank. Anyone with any kind of common sense can see that there is something wrong with having to cancel 24 hours before arrival when arrival is scheduled within 12 hours!!!!

When you penalize your CURRENT, never missed a payment customers, ESPECIALLY during a pandemic when others are using COVID as [-] excuse to default on their credit cards, that just proves that JPMORGAN/[-] only cares about their corporate paychecks and not [-] people who are responsible for them getting paid at all. Over and over, I am hearing more and more stories of people with good and even excellent credit scores getting screwed over by [-] bank randomly lowering credit limits which then causes [-] credit issues as this changes debt ratios (1), inquiries (2) and amounts of available credit (3). I've had a [-] Home Mortgage since 2015 and have always paid monthly a week or two in [-]. [-] credit rating is 817 with no other loans and over $3.0 million in assets. After being inundated for a [-] reduced interest [-] from JPMorgan [-], I agreed to submit a $500 "good [-] deposit" with no other debt and a request for a [-] [-]. "At numerous times we provided a total of at least [-] additional 73 documents, and were asked about our other physical assets. After being declined by [-] erroneous credit report "due to excessive obligations in relation to eligible income". As a denial for a [-] [-], I am requesting a full refund of [-] $500 "good [-]" deposit that we submitted to [-] on Nov 26,2019.

I am disgusted with [-] on October 3, [-] phone number was hacked while phone was in [-] procession, a few days later I checked [-] accounts 3000.00 were taken from one of [-] savings while I had debit card in [-] procession. I was denied 2x because [-] was used I read articles where this can happen. I'm going to social media, news stations and getting a lawyer I sent proof I was not in Biscayne Fla I live 4 1/2hrs away. They credited [-] 3 small transaction made at stores and later declined transactions in same area trying to take more money out. I'm a senior with disabilities and live on a fixed income and that was [-] burial money. $3000 [-] not seem alot to you but it's a million dollars to [-]. Monday I [-] cx [-] accounts with [-] and tell social media that you [-] not protect your customers

why are [-] lights in your parking lots shinning into roadways . when trying to drive at night im being blinded by your lights .light pollution is a problem and your not helping .
Walked into [-] Redmond Oregon Branch this morning right at 9Am this morning. [-] customers in [-] bank. One women on [-] phone and two others just standing around and one woman talking to [-]. I've been working since 5am so I'm in jeans and [-] old denim shirt. I asked to [-] [-] account. Women took one look and began [-] run around. [-] more we spoke, [-] longer it was going to take to get [-] appointment to [-] [-] account. I know if I'd been in slacks and a polo shirt it would of been yes [-], have a seat etc....
Reason for opening [-] account. I wanted to have [-] social security deposited with a [-] bank that has branches across [-] country instead of a local credit union. [-] wife and I had also decided we would transfer all our retirement accounts to [-]. Instead I was treated like some lost transient who happened to wander into [-] lobby. Degrading, embarrassing and just makes [-] mad.

Unsure why all [-] Bank branches are consistently excellent with one exception [-] Calcutta branch. That branch is consistently terrible, way below [-] Bank standards.

[-] [-] Experience started out great, but I really [-] not agree with [-] bank being able to close your account " for life without any possible mediation. [-] complaint is not directly against this actual branch. I mean [-] [-] bank where I live or [-] organization as a whole.
I would not recommend opening [-] account with [-]. They [-] hold your deposit no matter what [-] amount for a full 10 days, and only sometimes [-] they release $200.00. So inconsistent as [-] as policy goes, and every employees seems to have been trained by BOZO [-] CLOWN! Deposit $7,260 or 5,000 and immediately receive $200.00. Deposit a $60,000.00 dollars can't get $200.00 and get treated like a criminal.
