Stay away, stay clear, run away, protect yourself and your money. [-] not bank with [-] Bank. They closed [-] accounts suddenly for a misunderstanding. [-] Father wrote [-] a check and accidentally froze his accounts. [-] deemed it as Fraud without any investigation, customer service, questioning etc.. They treated [-] like a criminal while I am [-] victim. All I did with [-] was give them money into [-] accounts twice a month. I saved more then I spent. I never did anything wrong. I still didn't [-] anything wrong. Shame on them.

Poor Customer Service and Policy. No email Contact to Corporate Office. Need to snail [-] complaint letter to corporate. Cannot sdpeak to anyone above customer service rep or supervisor.

Several weeks ago I financed a [-] [-] through [-]. It took three weeks and two hours of phone help before I could even establish [-] online account, so I wouldn't have to send a check every month. Two days ago, I tried to log in to [-] account and got [-] by now familiar [-]: :Your username and/or password [-] not match our records." I spent 15 minutes on [-] phone with a technician who was finally able to [-] [-] account. I was told to try again in 48 hours. Today is 48 hours, so I tried again. Same error [-] as above. On [-] phone again, this time for 25 minutes, and a technician was finally able to [-] [-] account with a [-] password. I was told to wait [-] hour and try again. I waited two hours and tried to log in; same error [-] as above. [-] presents itself as a major bank; a major bank cannot have IT [-] like this. [-] advice: stay away from [-], they are not user friendly nor reliable. I'm now going to refinance [-] [-] elsewhere.

After maybe 15 years of banking with [-], I'm finally at [-] [-] end with customer service, or I should say lack of. They have screwed up [-] mortgage payments for [-] last few months on [-] [-] pay, and still can't figure out what's wrong. They have told [-] I am unable to [-] [-] [-] Investment account, with [-] own [-] funds because of a transfer glitch on their end that happened. There are just too many other banking choices out there. They are taking no ownership of [-] [-] they have caused

Lack of consistency in delivering a [-], missing paperwork, recording dates and commitments to customers, lack of follow up are as disappointing as hurting [-] [-] with [-]. If no timely correction takes place, I [-] have to take legal [-]
Absolutely HORRIBLE bank to work with! They arent giving any COVID help get this, "As a company" so this means [-] is turning their bank on people who are suffering due to COVID. I wish I never heard of them or financed a [-] with them. Terrible!

I ask for [-] simplest of things and get no help, just shrugs and "there's nothing we can [-]." responses. You need to hire problem solvers not shruggers. I've had it.
