This "bank" is using various numbers to call.
[-] credit card was transferred to them from Bank of [-] without [-] knowledge. They are horrible!!! I never received [-] card so I can’t activate it. I need to get statements to see what recurring payments are attached to [-] card so I can transfer them to another card. I called and [-] first women I talked to was rude. She [-] we sent you a card. And just stopped [-] conversation as if that solved [-] problem. I told her that is wonderful but I never received it. She then [-] she could send [-] one. I asked [-] [-] that would take she [-] 48 hours. I asked if once I receive it is there [-] app I can download to activate it and look at [-] statements. She [-] they [-]’t have apps. Just a [-] to [-] online service center. (Which by [-] way looks like someone from first year web [-] 101 designed). Doesn’t inspire confidence in [-] security of [-] account nor is it convenient. She asked for [-] SS #. I refused to give it. Background sounds like a call center with lots of people talking like telemarketers or something. Oh and [-] number listed on this site for their headquarters is not a working number. Huge [-] flag? I called [-] number on [-] back of [-] B of A card ( which goes directly to Comenity now) a second time after Bof A confirmed it was not a scam [-] cc had in fact been transferred and were unable to help [-] get to [-] statements. This woman was even more rude and refused to help [-] at all unless I gave her [-] SS #. No, not suspicious at all . When I tried to confirm [-] card would arrive in 48 hours she [-] “ I [-]’t know anything about 48 hours, I never [-] 48 hours”. I [-] no [-] lady I spoke to originally did and I was just confirming that that is [-] [-] it usually takes customers to get their cards. She [-] up on [-] when I started to ask about [-] to log into [-] website. … rude!

Most Horrible Bank to [-] [-] With I have sent 2 payments total of 25,000 in paymenys express [-] they get them and then lose them and no one cares
[-] customer service is [-] worst of any bank period. You tell them not to proceed with a credit card application and they tell you ok its cancelled and then 2 weeks later you receive a credit card in [-] [-].

I attempted to simply get [-] answer to a very simple question, but had to listen to endless nonsensical verbiage on your horrific automated answering system, even tho’ I repeatedly [-] representaive and your system could not comprehend what i preferred to [-]. I attempted today to get [-] IKEA project card which is apparently processed through this bank. It does tell you [-] [-] it takes for processing until you finish [-] online process...two weeks. In [-] case too [-]. I called to cancel [-] application only to be told I could [-] it after receiving notice by [-]. Well, that’s nice but since [-] online application doesn’t allow you to use a [-] Box, I [-] never get a notice by [-] from them as [-] location address does not get [-] delivery. These online applications are so superficial that if you are a round [-] you won’t fit in their square hole. So much easier to pay [-]! I’m sure it [-] be a super hassle to deal with bank and cancel a card if indeed they [-] send a notice I never get.

They call daily for a person that is not at our phone, I have spoken with a live person and was told we would be removed from there [-] [-], but nope, here we [-] again. Called twice on a Sunday. I would NEVER utilize their services, especially since we are harassed constantly and it's not even our account!!!!!
They caught [-] attention of [-] adult mentally handicapped nephew. Exorbitant fees beyond [-] $15 purchase. I have a background in legal and medical research, minor in NYC Government and other areas and it astounds [-] that this company can even exist. $39 late fee (his father paid [-] bills) and yet when I called they gave "confusing information" yet could not send [-] a statement of such (which is required by law).
