I opened a [-] Upromise credit card in November of 1995. Now [-] granddaughter started college and I wanted to get [-] money from all [-] [-] back supposedly put into [-] Upromise account and was told [-] was 0 in it. I have spoken to many of there representatives, as well as Upromise representatives and all I get is call [-] other one it’s their problem not Barclays here’s [-] reference number we use. Upromise says [-] [-] isn’t good contact [-] Bank. For 3 months I have been trying to get some answers. Today I was told that there was over $28,000.00 in [-] account by [-] but I have to call Upromise. Circle’s that’s all I get.

I made one of your associates in [-] Philippines angry and they are messing with [-] account. I need help with this. Someone to look at [-] account call [-] at [-]

They show no respect for customer feedback. Redundantly ignore change of address , dispute feedback, and maintain no one in place for oversight to address [-] issues that emerge from failure to update. For example, one credit card remains overseas addressed after 90 days. It says online it [-] email [-] to confirm [-] changes [again] yet no emails follow. So in effect, [-] [-] is going to bad address and it won't correct [-] situation after several notifications.

So [-] I am NOT impressed with Barclays Bank. I have been trying to set up online [-] for 3 days and continue to receive [-] error [-] of 'That was not suppose to happen. No other information. I have tried to resolve [-] issue be contacting Customer Service and have ended up on hold for hours. I cannot send [-] [-] email because you have to have online [-] to your account to send them a [-]. At this time, I [-] not know [-] I [-] get this issue resolved.

Horrible Customer Service; our phone on hold 2 hours; another phone 1 hour before giving up because NO ONE ever picked up. U [-] Barclays

I received a [-]'s Bank American Airlines Aviator Mastercard. Two fraudulent charges were recently made on [-] card. I have been unable to contact ANY HUMAN BEING at [-]'s to remedy this, or to obtain a [-] card.. [-] secure email to [-] company has gone unanswered. Nonetheless, I continue to receive daily robocalls about [-] alleged payment due.

Excellent service

This is a lousy bank Who is not interested in helping covid19 victims.

Very poor customer service. Can not speak to a United States representative. [-] Filipino reps [-] not understand fully what I am trying to get across to them.

Opened inflight Frontier Card partnered with Barclays and [-] promotional promises made were never kept.

shady is [-] best word for them

Most of their customer service representative are harsh

[-] Card continued to put late fees on a [-] balanced, closed account, then refused to reverse [-] charges and dropped [-] credit score over 100 points. Horrible company!

It's a little strange. There is a physical location in Wilmington, about 20 minutes from where I live. I wanted to drive there and make a credit card payment. I couldn't find any hours listed on [-] many places I looked, including their websites. I called and was bounced around multiple times with no one actually helping [-], but just passing [-] on. Very frustrating. I wish I didn't have any credit cards with them.
