[-] of [-] rudest banking employees I have ever experienced in [-] lifetime. They have no regard or appreciation for their customers ([-] Rd. Branch in Little [-]. [-] experience has been with a teller or two but [-] most distasteful experience was with a woman who presented herself as [-] Branch Manager who [-] her name was Quinisha 'sic' [-]. If this type of person is their management selection I better understand [-] attitude of [-] tellers.
VERY POOR customer service, representative RUDE. Definitely would NOT recommend this bank/financial institution to anyone!
[-] branch manager (Ms. Kenshita) is a poor example of a supervisor/leader. She is very rude and has no concern for [-] welfare of her workers. She needs be terminated immediately!
They reversed large check in [-] account to correct THEIR MISTAKE and left [-] account negative over 2 months. They would not even [-] up a phone to find out [-] status of [-] check!

Horrible bank that doesn’t explain [-] rules of their accounts. They explain after they charge you and expect you to learn from your mistake that you could have not known because it was not explained. I am currently looking for another bank.

In trying to close [-] acct. because of unauthorized debits, I had to wait one month for a company to make amends. I spoke to customer service and was told when [-] money was refunded, [-] charges would be dropped since a few small checks had run that would have been covered otherwise. Instead of honoring their word, Simmons kept what would have been 60.00 had [-] charges been dropped. I was treated like [-] by [-] accounts officer at Clarksville branch. Since I moved out of state, I made [-] decision to move [-] direct depoisits, but planned to [-] a [-] acct with a substantial deposit, as I like having [-] acct. close when I come home to Arkansas. [-] goal was to initially stop unauthorized debits. Now, I [-] take [-] [-] elsewhere. Since it appears that I didn't have money because I had not opened [-] [-] acct yet, I believe that Simmons could care less about low balance customers. That is abbhorant to [-]. I guess that woman in Clarksville made herself a Christmas bonus.
