Premier credit card takes multi payments a month and then you have to send in your bank info to show they took out multi pumps, we talk to [-] from customer service and she [-] that they can’t help with multi payments mistakes and that there’s no one there to help in [-] matter. So in short they take multiple payments and only post one payment. And tell you they can’t help you with [-] other. Call [-] bank and pay them to reverse it....

I was told that during this virus pandemic that I could delay [-] credit cards payments and when I called to check on [-] accounts and make payment they had not charged [-] a payment but had charged 40,00 fee to one and a 90.00 fee to [-] other. [-] it was for interest and monthly fees. I was never told this . [-] husband was laid off during this.
