I cancelled [-] fuel card with WEX two months ago as was confirmed in a phone conversation with a WEX employee. Yet last month I got a statement online with a one dollar balance due, which I ignored. Today's email brought another statement with a balance of $41. This company has been [-] annoyance from [-] day they took over servicing [-] card small [-] accounts, I would certainly not recommend them to anyone.
Horrible Bank! First I inquired about [-] account and was sent application and what we needed to [-]. I completed [-] application with all [-] private info. and submitted. I never heard back. When I checked on it I was told they lost [-] personal information. I was asked to resubmit which I did and sent a voided check so they could debt [-] account weekly. Three weeks in and I get [-] email telling [-] [-] bank rejected their debt and Wex demanded I stop everything I was doing and [-] wire them money to include a $35 service fee. I went to [-] bank to [-] that for 3 weeks they have been debting [-] wrong account number because they could not copy it down correctly from [-] voided check. In short Wex made [-] error. Wex asked us to send another voided check and I thought [-] mess was resolved. A week later they debt [-] account [-] $35 for their mistake. Then we had another issue created by their credit manager who I believe is [-] one that made [-] first error. Can't
I have had multiple fraud issues with [-] account. [-] bank took care of them each time, but further security issues need to be explored regarding identity theft. I used [-] app named Zelle in which [-] father used to send [-] money back in [-] early [-]. [-] account went crazy after that point. Cybersecurity needs to be enhanced.
