[-] experience today with reaching a person to speak has been [-] most unsatisfactory customer no service I have ever encountered. Of course, no telephone number for anyone in authority, including [-] corporate office. I received [-] same recording with [-] only two options, [-] or deposit for [-] 25 minutes I attempted [-] call simply to find [-] RMD amount of [-] [-] to be distributed in Dec of 2020. I was connected only once and [-] person, [-] [-] up. I am extremely disappointed with such poor service and [-] be anxious to remove [-] funds as not to have to have any further dealings with a bank with such flagrant disregard for its's customers. To get [-] answer I assume now I [-] have to visit a location as well. .

I got approved for refinancing [-] [-] [-]. Crescent hires people you can barely understand. They [-]'t even know [-] to operate a fax machine. They sent [-] wrong information I now have to wait on them to send what I need through [-] [-]. I seriously doubt they know what or [-] to use a stamp

[-] not get into [-] with this company. [-] [-] branch is rude and they lie to [-] consumer.
