Commerce Bank

I have been trying to get Commerce Bank to help [-] with a problem for 2 weeks. I finally gave up and sent [-] email Late Friday asking for someone with [-] necessary expertise to call [-]...I've heard nothing. Maybe this post [-] get someone's attention?? Check [-] email I sent to Commerce on [-] website last Friday evening...Look at [-] emails back and forth between [-] [-] and Myself last week...I've been a customer for around 22 years. What [-] I have to [-] to get help from you people??

I’m a 30 year Commerce Bank customer. I disputed a $199.99 fraudulent charge on [-] debit card in [-] providing company’s verification of non delivery of [-] item charged. Commerce denied [-] dispute, charging it back to [-] account. On 6/9. Numerous calls had been made to [-] dispute center from 6/2 to present.. I have yet to receive a return call.
Is this [-] loyal customers should expect to be treated? There’s not a low enough rating for [-] experience. [-] [-] next move be mine or yours?

service is slow and too much dependence on computer technology

This bank [-] [-] you out of your money and they [-] close your account out and not talk to you about it first. I'm not very [-] with this bank. I [-] not recommended anyone using this bank at all

I have had MC/Visa card accounts at Commerce for over 40 years, [-] wife ([-]) has as well, plus a checking account and check card. We had a fraudulent situation with her check card and it has been a total SNAFU dealing with Commerce dispute resolution and customer service departments. It still is not resolved. Additionally, call wait times are extraordinary. Realize difficult times, but [-]'t encounter these [-] with US Bank and other financial institutions I deal with and have accounts with. If not for [-] excellent credit rating that I [-]'t want to damage, I would cancel [-] cards.

Not professional

Customer Service is not a [-] for Commerce Bank. It doesn't matter what branch you [-] to or [-] many people are in [-] you [-] wait, and wait, and wait. Be prepared. If you also have a [-] through Commerce and you want to pay extra on your [-] payment, be prepared to have [-] amount deducted from your next's month's payment instead of principle like it should be. They [-] need to process two transactions for that and [-] tellers are not [-] least bit interested in doing that activity. I would [-] any other bank or financial institution. In fact, I wouldn't put Commerce on your top 20 list.
