Worst bank EVER! I’ve just been [-] up on by customers service after being on hold for 29 minutes and 49 seconds, this does not shock [-] it is standard procedure in [-] experience. [-] fraud alert system does not work, [-] card has been shut down at minimum 8 times in [-] past 12 months and it always happens on a Friday leaving [-] stuck out until [-] following Monday. [-] customer service agents are less than helpful they just want to get you off [-] phone. [-] last encounter “today” happen like this, I did manage to get [-] caed turned back on so I could purchase a special fitting to get [-] [-] water back on in [-] house “yes I was without water all weekend AGAIN because of [-] fraud alert system they have in place. I asked to speak with a supervisor so I could find exactly [-] ,any times [-] card had been shut off in [-] last 12 mounths. Around [-] 18 minute hold time I was told [-] call back had been canceled? [-] is that when I was told I was beeping transfere to a supervisor so I continued to stay oh hole until I was [-] up on at just shy of a 30 minute hold. I am exhausted and I’m pulling [-] money and plan on telling as many people as I can reach [-] this bank treats its customers I [-] not stop until death!
After vover 20 years as a customer, I am fed up with Woodforest [-] Bank in [-] Woodlands, TX.
I have been ubable to pay bills online from [-] Woodforest [-] Bank checknig account sincebefore [-] 16, 2022.

Why is it no one ever answers [-] phone? I call and call and no one ever answers, and if you leave a [-] with phone number they never call back. I had [-] account with SunTrust Bank in South [-], VA 32 [-] south f where I live. I closed that accoumt duet 4 fraudulent charges resulting [-] account overdrawn more than $900. I call [-] branch in Farmville being 24 [-] NE and was told any fraudu;ent charge blocks [-] debit card with [-] balance remaining uinchaged. I opened [-] account inside Walmart where I shop on [-] 1, 2020 and am [-] grasteful to [-] [-].

I have been with WoodForest [-] Bank for 5 years and a scam went into [-] account and Woodforest [-] Bank would not return [-] money. I am just getting really frustrated because it [-] be going on 2 weeks and I [-]'t heard [-] updated on anything for [-] case,I turned in so many documents that they needed and I thought that would help [-] best way as possible. I understand it takes time but all I want is a time frame.I am a single parent with a 2 yr old little with cancer and I just hate that every time I call they are rude and say they [-]'t know to anything I asked.I really love banking but I hate that I cant get a time frame on it.I called around other banks and they have time frames for things exactly like this as well.
