I had opened a small [-] account one week before we were shut down due to covid. I notified TCB to close account. Some [-] [-] account became $12 over drawn TCB [-] it was [-] monthly fee then I was told a payment that kept trying to fine through [-] account. NEVER received any correspondence by phone email or [-] regarding [-] matter. I went in to TCB about a year later to [-] a [-] account and I was informed of [-] balance over $200 I owed and that I was turned into Chex systems. I was [-] off to say [-] least they [-] reported [-] info and in turn I needed to get a signed copy of [-] pay off on TCB letter head .Impossible , no one wants to [-] their [-] , as for customer service , they [-]’t have any . They’re rude and incompetent . [-] t waste your time here

I asked to speak to someone at headquarters about a complaint concerning [-] call center, Was placed on hold for quite awhile and was transferred back to [-] call center, Is everyone in headquarters above talking to a customer? Why would I want to speak to customer service when [-] complaint was about [-] Call Center especially [-] [-] 09809 (supposedly a supervisor).
