This is [-] best bank I have ever worked with for friendly, helpful customer service, where you are a [-] person to [-] employees, and not just [-] account number. They have gone out of their way to help us out when we've goofed up something, made suggestions for better options when we were going a less than optimal route, and always [-] their best to meet our requirements

Outstanding Bank with super employees that are always helpful, and caring individuals. I [-] banking at a few other banks which also have good employees, However Banterra is a leader. Thank You

Refinanced our house to get down to one payment, so it was supposed to be what we owed plus $6000. We get a call after everything is done oh we missed $1600 we are taking it out of your checking account. We called them back to get [-] them to redo [-] to cover [-] $1600 because we have more than enough equity in our house and [-] purpose of [-] refinancing was to get to one payment. We was told no in order to [-] that we have to refinance again and pay closing cost again because they screwed up.
