Vista Bank

I have a compliant on a [-] Herra at Vista bank Haskell, tx . [-] father passed and she called to say that [-] retirement checks from [-] gov. were taken back and it was short $1613.18 and it needed to be paid. I went on Friday right after I talked to her and sent [-] money wire to Vista for [-] amount. Today [-] sister called and she told her that [-] account was at [-] and there was not pending transaction for [-] $1613.18. which caused a huge fight making it sound like I kept [-] money. When asked she just kept sayin she could not tell [-] any information about [-] account which I was a signer on and yet she told [-] [-] sister information. When asked to please give [-] corporate number she [-] she could not [-] that. So I called [-] self and spoke to a gentleman who was very helpful and let [-] know [-] money I sent was indeed pending and [-] account would be in [-] positive and would send back any refund if needed. I thanked him and let him [-] was a good person and that was all I was trying to ask her but she kept saying she could not give that information. and she was not getting involved in a family dispute which she started by supposedly not being able to give out information on [-] account but she did. Very rude and unprofessional but cutting [-] off while trying to ask questions. I am going thru enough without having to be made to feel like I was trying to get information.
