Comments are for corporate not [-] branch. Customer service number doesn’t work properly I gave up after 30-50 attempts. Published branch umber no one answers(Highland,AR) if it was not such a hassle I would have closed [-] 18-19 yers account and opened ona at another bank
I saw a fraudulent charge in [-] on [-] statement made by someone in WALES using [-] debit card number, and I immediately reported it to [-] local branch. They cancelled [-] card and issued a [-] one. I then filed a formal Fraudulent Charge. Your [-] just advised [-] that this was a LEGAL CHARGE (it was NOT) and has allowed [-] charge to stand, robbing [-] of $75.75. [-] .75 should have PROVEN this was a fishing expedition on [-] part of [-] scammers. If it wasn't so difficult to change banks, I would leave Centenniel in a heartbeat. You are no better than [-] crooks who stole [-] money in [-] first place. You [-]'t believe your own customers? Thanks a lot! I've been a customer for a [-] time for all [-] good it's done [-]. Horrible, horrible bank! Punishes [-] Customer

Centennial Bank in [-] Hill, FL. is very Discriminating and Prejudice against Minority Hispanic [-] Owners. Every Time I would [-] into [-] Bank they would scrutinize every transaction I did. [-] Branch Manager would always run up and look behind [-] lady teller who was doing [-] transaction. Even Got to [-] point where I would stop going inside and [-] through [-] drive thru and still they would [-] [-] same thing. They made [-] feel like a criminal. Then after deciding to just [-] a minimal amount of money in [-] accounts, they sent [-] a letter stating they were going to close all three accounts with no explanation. [-] NOT [-] [-] account with Centennial Bank because they are Discriminating and prejudice against Minority Hispanic [-] owners
