I am very disappointed in [-] recent interaction with [-] branch in Dakeville. I was charged a $35 overdraft fee for [-] obvious but feel it should have been reversed. I was at [-] bank within [-] hour to speak with [-] young manager who explained they only [-] that once a year and I was given that courtesy in [-]. However, [-] atm machine was broken and unable to accept [-] deposits over [-] weekend so I feel it was a bank error, not consumer. I am a Senior citizen , [-]'t make a habit of insufficient funds and can not afford to pay them... I pray you [-] resolve this issue.
