Not [-] with customer service
We started out on a good foot with this bank. Today when calling for account assistance was met with a very rude employee who [-] she could offer no help with our problem. Surely she’s not [-] only one making decisions for customers. She refused to try and [-] anything, however someone called [-] husband back offering to take another $30 for each item already overdrawn to stop payment on them. That is very disrespectful, implying you must be a fool! We want to stay at this bank but lack of respect [-] not allow it. [-] husband is a Marine veteran and should not have been talked to in this manner. Maybe some [-] employees are in [-] future? At least nicer ones.

I absolutely love [-] hometown bank. Mr. Hermes has been [-] banker for a few years now and is very helpful. Everyone is so friendly and ready to assist you.
[-] [-] officer at [-] [-] branch is a RUDE.
Great place to [-] [-] , people are very friendly and helpful. [-] only thing is you [-]'t get free money orders anymore, that was a very nice perk
[-] M. has done [-] outstanding [-] each time that I have worked with him. His professionalism, customer care, and overall work ethic to get things done are so impressive. Thank you [-] for all your help!
