I HAVE SENT 2 WIRE TRANSACTION THRU THIS BANK, ONE LAST SEPT 10,2019 THRU A WIRE TRANSFER THRU [-] BANK. TO THIS DATE, [-] BENEFICIARY HAS NOT RECEIVED IT AND I HAVE NOT BENN REFUNDED [-] $3,000 I SENT. [-] [-] BANK, THEY HAVE SENT MORE THAN 10 MESSAGES BUT THIS BANK HAS NOT RESPONDED! OCT. 10, 2019, [-] SAME THING HAPPENED. I SENT IT THRU US BANK IN [-] AMOUNT OF 3,650 AND [-] BENEFICIARY HAS NOT RECEIVED IT EITHER! I AM FROM SACRAMENTO AND [-] NUMBER IS [-] IF ANYONE FROM [-] BANK CAN CONTACT [-]. THAT IS NOT THEIR MONEY AND I NEED ANSWERS. OVER 2 MONTHS AND THEY KEPT [-] MONEY? I TRIED TO CALL THEM AND THEY [-], SINCE I HAVE NO ACCOUNT WITH THEM, THEY CANNOT TALK TO [-]! WHAT KIND OF BANK IS THIS? I WOULD NOT BANK WITH THEM IF THIS IS WHAT THEY [-] RANDOMLY. I had a huge account gave to [-] and this bank stole it from [-] inside. [-]

[-] review is based off of everything I've been through. I wasn't told there would be a hold on non [-] deposits for [-] first 30 days. Then I asked, after [-] first week. Still didn't tell [-] it was 30 [-] days. Has put a hold on [-] card for multiple things. Won't let [-] allocate [-] funds [-] I see fit. Gives [-] [-] run around when I try to figure it out. Want [-] to call [-] BBB, considering, they holding [-] funds hostage and [-] only let [-] allocate them, [-] way they see fit. Refuse to talk to [-] through email, but convienently are in [-] office when I call. They hate crypto, are scared of it, and won't let [-] invest. Cost [-] over $4000 dollars by not letting [-] invest. Overall garbage. If I [-]'t get a response tomorrow, onondau, from them, I'm calling [-] BBB, AND opening a [-] account elsewhere

This location has [-] most friendly and helpful ladies! Why are they closing this branch ?

[-] University Park Branch of Frost Bank is outstanding. [-] staff, especially [-] is courteous and and extremely helpful. Before moving to [-], [-] old bank was difficult to deal with and totally uncooperative when conducting [-] other than deposits and withdraws. [-] University Park Branch of Frost Bank is extremely cooperative and [-] always work with their clients to ensure [-] desired results. [-] Wife and I love this bank!
