[-] is basically legalized terrorism. They held [-] $10K CD deposit hostage until I did everything except send [-] family bible for identity. I live in Costa [-] and they would not send [-] their" Security [-] " . I'm seeking others with complaints for possible [-] [-] !
[-] bank has basically stolen [-] money. They wont let [-] [-] [-] [-] and although friendly customer service people have tried to help, I still cant get [-] [-] after two weeks.. .
[-]'t put your money in this bank. I have been calling Fraud depatment for days to get [-] 10k refunded. No matter what time of day I receive a recorded [-] either stating there is no one to take mt call or there is a 2 to 3 HOUR wait to speak to [-] agent!!!!!! What [-] you have 2 people answering calls for [-] entire country?.
They have been good but they aren’t they really aren’t. I’ve always kept a bank with a local branch but have always transferred [-] [-] and spending money to [-] [-] back debit account for [-] perks. I transfer on Wednesday’s and it says sent on date and as [-] as it that day before 5pm it [-] say that day as sent on and then available funds on [-] next day. Everything has been [-] same since I opened [-] account a few years ago until this week. I made [-] transfer yesterday, had stuff scheduled to come and it was declined. Dig deeper into it and it [-] [-] funds would be available a week later. I have phone [-], internet, child care, grocery money and just have fun money all in that transfer. They weren’t delayed in taking [-] money out of [-] other account. Had it [-] on [-] AVAILABLE DATE a week from when I hit submit I would’ve never made [-] transfer. At one point I was told well it could take up to 10 [-] days. If that’s [-] case when it tells you money [-] be available by why does it not show 10 days out and if you get it earlier you just get it earlier. I [-] cancel [-] account but looks like I [-] have to wait for a week, write myself a check let it clear and then cancel.
I have had good experience with [-] credit card. [-] experience with [-] Bank is less mixed. I recently tried to renew a cd at a different time frame and [-] website would not allow [-] to [-] it on [-] weekend. [-] CD subsequently matured and [-] staff were adamant that I could not transfer [-] funds into a [-] CD without a penalty. I explained again that [-] website did not allow it on [-] weekend. I was advised ny a supervisor that this was policy and could not be altered for [-] circumstances I had explained. I was one day over [-] maturity [-] period when I could reach someone in person. I was trying to [-] [-] money with [-]. Given [-] response , I withdrew [-] money from [-]. [-] appears to be 'policy over people."
They are [-] most awful bank available. [-] to any other bank. They were rude, cruel, and violated [-] rules of FCRA. They knew [-] transactions were fraud, even determined such. Then for no reason other than a very rude Fraud Investigator who was insulted by something I pointed out that she missed. She reversed [-] decision after [-] fact despite mountains of evidence to prove [-] fraud. I was not in [-] states or countries where fraud occurred, receipts obtained show purchases for items I am allergic to, I can show I was not in [-] places or shopped where things were bought or vacations taken. They created a very weak reason for their reversal of decision then proceeded to destroy [-] credit rating with false information and ultimately decreased [-] credit limit from 12k to below [-] amount of [-] fraudulent balance. They are evil and criminal.
THEY ARE JUST AWFUL!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER~~~
Completely unhelpful with a dispute. Basically stealing $430.00 I [-] be cancelling and never using [-] or recommending them again.
I have negative things to say about [-] card. I had several disputed charges for several thousand dollars. [-] card should have covered [-] on these. These were for businesses that did not exist that charged [-] tens of thousands of dollars. [-] Card did not help [-] with these disputes from what I could tell. I feel betrayed by [-] card.
Phenomenal Bank and Credit Card. Great customer service, easy to use app, no fees. Great stuff!

[-] card is [-] worst card ever ! They ruined [-] credit, I got approved for a card, before I can even activate it they canceled it and claimed they couldn’t verified [-]. That dropped [-] credit scores by 18 points, and cause [-] to not be qualified for [-] home.
[-] people I worked with at this branch were both polite and very knowledgeable. I have a CD along with checking, savings, MM accounts with [-], and I know I can always get help if needed at this location. I wish you could put one in Dover as well. [-] up [-] good work!
