I overheard [-] female manager discussing [-] employees and she was degrading and rude. I understand why this branch cannot [-] employees as their boss is disrespectful. Hopefully they replace her with someone that respects her position and those she works with.

A bank with a [-] history that I feel secure in. banking.

This branch was permanently closed last week

I have had excellent service from this bank!

In all [-] years of banking I have never had better service.

Recently, i deposited a cashiers check from [-], into a Wells Fargo account associated with [-] landlord. [-] check was deposited on [-]. 13th 2022 and has yet to clear. I have received absolutely no assistance from this Wells Fargo Location and cant even get a call back from [-] Branch Manager. [-] ffunds have been certified and cleared [-] [-] account, however, a 21 day hold has been placed for no reason whatsoever. I am very [-] with [-] experience and have advised [-] client to remove his funds from Wells Fargo entirely. Horrible customer service. I am not one to leave reviews, however, this situation is absurd and demands [-] explanation immediately.

First rate in every way. Especially customer service. [-] benefit of a smaller bank are significant and Midwest has everything that I need despite being a huge outfit.

I just wanted to send a note thanking [-] [-] for her assistance last week. We were opening [-] estate account in [-] Manalapan, [-] branch for our deceased mother and [-]’s kindness, expertise, and efficiency were second to none and greatly appreciated. Having been in executive management for many years, I feel strongly that when one encounters [-] employee who shows exceptional professionalism, it should be thanked and recognized. Hopefully this note finds a path to [-] both.

Horrible bank DONT BANK HERE

I’m a little disappointed in this bank [-] husband has closed out our account several times with transactions that were supposed to [-] through and decided [-] didn’t wanna pay them or they take [-] off [-] bank account and let him take all [-] money in [-] bank And then none of [-] bills that were supposed to [-] through get paid it’s just not right if two people are on account two people [-] I have to [-] in to close it and [-] whatever [-] needs to be done [-] this even happens is beyond [-] and it’s ridiculous because [-] husband is nothing but a liar [-] tells [-] to send these things through and then turns around and I [-]’t know what [-] tells them because I [-]’t even hear from [-] bank I [-] to pull money out or something and I [-] I’m told that I [-]’t have [-] account anymore It was closed out

This branch is amazing. I love [-] people and they bend over backwards to help and [-] fraud unit is amazing as well. I wouldn’t [-] to any other bank.

[-] boehler branch manager was racist and made a scene with [-] daughter who is [-] poa and would not let her withdraw money from [-] account ! And now has frozen [-] Accts and I have no way to pay bills or [-] money for [-] meds

Emloyees are courtious and are very willing to help. But being totally closed on Saturdays is inexcusable. So I would give your employees 5 [-] and Bank Management 2 [-].

[-] folks at this branch are so helpful! They are kind, patient and always find [-] answer. It's [-] preferred place to bank!

This bank is horrible with drive thru. [-] company I work for banks here and it takes you to [-] hour to finally get to a teller and get a change order. Just horrible

This branch has been closed for almost ten months. Seriously inconvenient for those of us who live here.

I have found them to be very friendly and helpfull over [-] years since I first started banking there. [-] and [-] really know their stuff and always make time for [-] since I have disabillities that make it hard for [-] to always express [-] needs. I say kudos to those good guys.

This bank totally dropped [-] balk in a [-], didn’t stay in touch with title company than [-] buyer needed to put down additional $100k [-]

Excellent Service! All [-] employees are amazing. You are greeted with a smile and they always know [-] name.

Poor telephone service. They're not answering [-] phones during [-] hours. There are not that many customers there that [-] phone can be ignored or left on overnight status.

Very very disappointed in [-] branch , there computer crashes half [-] threw [-] transaction and [-] money has been lost over a week, they off little help to resolve [-] issue and [-] be changing [-] bank as soon as it is resolved. [-] branch manager says it's out of his control. I have to file a police report now! There thief's.. [-] to another BA there customer service is above and beyond [-].

Great customer support. All tellers very friendly and helpful. should have banked there [-] ago. REASONABLE [-] RATES and monitoring service . has helped on fraud cases and incorrect chages to accounts.

I would have given 0 [-] but that was not possible. I am a [-] transition to First Horizon and have made [-] decision to close [-] account. They did not plan for [-] transition very well in fact quite poorly. I was told that [-] hold would be 57 minutes! Yes, 57 minutes. I can't even log in because there is as error in [-] enrollment and I can't get [-] answer because I'M ON HOLD FOR 57 MINUTES...……… I am closing this account and have already opened [-] account with JPMorgan [-]. At least they care about their customers. Your bank [-]!

We are always pleased with [-] service at Bank United at Hammock Cove. Everyone is very helpful. It’s our neighborhood branch. Usually I see [-] when I [-] in and she always takes care of us..[-] men are also very pleasant and helpful when we have a CD maturing or any other questions. Also, [-] Manager [-] Mountain is very pleasant and helpful. I [-] this Branch stays where they are located..

Been with Compass for nine years and we [-] be changing banks.Not [-] with [-] manager just being rude,and oh yea ripping you off every [-] they get.

Policy changes with no notice; uninformed on basic things; held up [-] day due to this ignorance; tried to cut [-] short when I called to inform them of info I received from one of their own. Greed greed greed with a smile!

I switched banks for [-] sole reason that [-] teller “[-]” from [-] munster [-] branch has been nothing but rude to [-]. As I work with management I understand [-] importance of customer service. [-] fact that she talks to [-] like I’m [-] idiot and answer [-] questions as if it’s a burden does not sit well with [-]. [-] company uses horizon and I used to have a personal account but because of [-] both accounts have been transferred to another bank that appreciates [-] as a customer.
