Love this bank convenient, great hours, pleasant personally. Always helpful 7 days a week.
[-] front office are personable, smiled, and greeted us when we came in through our entire transaction. We asked if we could [-] [-] account, and she called [-] manager. She came out, addressed [-] teller told her she didn't have time and walked away leaving our youthful teller unsettled. However, this young lady kept her professional demeanor and did not ask us if we still wanted to set up that [-] or apologize. We continue to visit this location and enjoy [-] service. We are thinking about opening [-] account.

Bad service Today i went to this [-] branch to request a copy of a check image so i spoke to a supervisor named [-] Serratore ,she was in a bad mood and told [-] she can't [-] it and i have to [-] to [-] bank in [-] park road furthermore she told [-] i am not going to waist [-] time with you .
Everyone friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient !
3 weeks and counting to [-] a basic checking account. after leaving 6 messages, not once have they called [-] back.
I opened a checking account with a deposit of 60K on [-] 24, 2022. As of [-] 15th I have not received any checks or bank cards. I called [-] local [-] number which is where I opened [-] account only to be connected to a call center for which I spent 15 minutes on hold before talking to someone, which by [-] way was somewhat rude with her short comments. So much for service and convenience of a small town bank. Come to find out, 3 weeks after opening [-] account they hadn't even ordered [-] checks or bank cards. This is pathetic service.
They are [-] most helpful, friendly and courteous group ever!
I have been a client of [-] bank and worked with their representatives for as [-] as I can remember, over several decades.They have always been there through [-] years. or I would not have. They were instrumental in their participation in several of our multi million dollar projects success.
[-] bank charges high fees if your direct deposit stops or deposits of 500 or more plus $ 4.95 fee to deposit at walmart in 1 week I was hit with $ 26.95 in fees wow. I use [-] Nellis [-] Force [-] location and [-] customer service is nonexistent. Extremly rude and not willing to help with anything!

I just had a teller at [-] Berlin branch. Who assumed that I was withdrawing $5000 when I was withdrawing $4550 . She assumed this as I was there [-] day before attempting to withdraw from [-] credit card a [-] [-]
It was five minutes before 4 , closing time on [-] Year’s [-] so she was in a big hurry and just didn’t care
When I [-] that is not [-] amount that I need nor want, she ran [-] credit card through again and so it was of course declined
I had a very important bender that I needed to get [-] money to by cashier check but because she arrogantly ran [-] card a second time it was declined
As it is [-] [-] who has [-] account there , not [-] , you would have thought that [-] manager would have offered to correct [-] situation but did not
So when I returned home I called [-] credit card and they [-] that if [-] manager at [-] bank would have called [-] credit card , it would have been resolved.
This teller blatantly, carelessly caused [-] great distress and economic damages

This bank has been one of [-] best local easiest to work with banks out of all [-] local banks as I’ve dealt with all of them. They [-] that local hometown atmosphere and [-] not treat you like [-] number.
I cashed [-] check there for 4 month and they are good.
Armed Forces Bank, was a good bank at one time, as I have been a customer for 7 years, nonetheless in [-] last few months [-] bank has changed it's online banking system. I understand [-] need to upgrade, however some of [-] best options has been taken away. [-] example was being able to see future deposits before they actually were posted in your account. [-] ability to be able to see future deposits before they post to your account aided in being able to your bills in a more timely fashion and another was seeing purchases that had not been posted to your account. Being able to see future deposits or withdraws not only aided in a more accurate tracking of your finances and being alerted if you had been charged incorrectly. Another reason I give Armed Forces Bank a 2 [-] is [-] bank changed it's ATM network and never sent out [-] change causing myself a 10% ATM surcharge which [-] ATM never prompted on [-] screen there would be a fee. When I asked to get [-] surcharged refunded I was told they would not. Finally, If you want to talk to a [-] bank officer at [-] main office to resolve your [-] all you get is [-] phone number to a bank service center this includes even trying to ask [-] same question a branch to get a corporate office number [-] all they [-] give you is [-] same service center number. [-] poor customer care this bank has demonstrated is very disappointing especially since I [-] a solid balance, never have had [-] overdraft fee. I recommend each person carefully look at other options for banking before using this bank.

I took out stop payments on these accounts that were fraudulently opened, and I am fighting that as we speak, but last month, see attachment, I was charged over $60.00 because one of [-] institutions that I had taken out [-] stop payment on, withdrew [-] charge due to insufficient funds in [-] account. However, regardless of [-] stop payment, [-] bank charged [-] for insufficient funds as well as a returned check fee.
As you see, now there is another charge that from that same institution, that should not be charged to [-] account at all, despite [-] stop check fees that I have paid and once again, [-] family has no money for food.
This isn't [-] only time this has happened with Armed Forces, I have made complaints before, and they covered their tracks.

We have banked at Armed Forces Bank, Fort Huachuca, AZ ever since they came on post. I wouldn't bank any where [-]. We have a good rapport with all [-] people that work there, they are so helpful and accommodating and each visit is always a pleasant experience.

I went in to [-] Conroe location after calling Saturday morning to get some information on [-] interest rates for savings accounts. I was told by [-] lady that answered [-] phone, that someone would call [-] back that could answer [-] questions. That never happened!
Upon arriving at [-] bank on [-] following Monday, [-] teller told [-] I needed to talk with a personal banker. So I sat there for fifty minutes while one of [-] personal bankers helped another customer. Of [-] fifty minutes she probably spent twenty minutes talking about her child, pregnancy, etc.. It wasn't like [-] other people that were waiting had anything better to [-]...
Finally when she got to [-], she sad she couldn't give [-] any information about FDIC coverage, that she was there for [-] support, and that I should [-] online and research [-] FDIC website myself. When I asked to speak to a manager, she told [-] [-] manager was out on maternity leave, but she could have a manager from another location give [-] a call. They didn't return [-] first call, what would make [-] think they would call [-] second time.
I have actually had [-] account there for years, but usually [-] to another location due to [-] incredibly poor management and customer service I have received at this location.....
