Very poor experience, they reported a false tax form to [-] IRS.

[-] company ran out of checks and went to [-] bank to ask for temp checks and was told 2 to 3 days and i [-] fine. i went to [-] bank 4 days later and now they [-] 7 to 10 days. what a [-] of a bank

Today I have spent over [-] hour trying to reach a personal banker. I've tried 6 different bank branches including their corporate office "customer care" number and have been on hold for [-] average of 18 minutes before hanging up and trying a different branch. This [-] worst customer service imaginable.

I have [-] mobile app alerts set to “all”. Why doesn’t it

Why am I not alerted when a check goes through? I have all alerts set on [-] mobile app. And I’m always checking it to be sure to transfer funds because I [-]’t track it. I know [-] IT [-] can fix it, it’s all I [-] click of [-] keyboard. I’ve had [-] purse stolen before. I want to know when a check goes through before I’m charged [-] NSF fee!!!!!!

FMW meets all [-] banking needs, but their operational skills are from [-] 1950s. They need a major updating in order to give their customers any confidence in them. If I didn't have control over multiple accounts with multiple connections with other financial institutions, I would switch to another bank.

Location Chicago heights : I arrived at this bank to close a loved one account due to death. I presented [-] banker with [-] death certificate along with that affidavit and [-] ID this is all that is needed for a small account . [-] banker was inexperienced and did not close [-] loved ones account I am very disappointed while I am still grieving for [-] sister. This young lady gave [-] a very hard time. [-] documents are clear [-] banker does not know [-] to handle closing [-] account of a dead person. I am speechless

Retired and closed [-] [-] in Oct. 2019. Been trying ever since to close out [-] [-] account with no results. Shouldn't be this difficult.
